And I was raised with a meat centered diet, but as time went on I realized that it was just not how I wanted to be living. I began to feel so much guilt every time I was consuming meat I had to change something.  

By adapting my diet to more plant-based I felt so much better and far more aligned with my values. 

I love to travel, which means I had to learn how to cook on a budget and that flexibility is key. I mean if I'm going to a new country I want to immerse myself in their culture and try all the foods.

Having more plant power does not mean sacrificing all the foods you love. 

So now I'm on a mission to help people like me and you learn how to have confidence in a flexitarian lifestyle.
